RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Embsoft Products Research & Development (LLP) has the tendency to provide the End to End solutions as per the needs of clients by building and implementing its own innovative ideas into reality. In this modern era of digital world EPRD has been developing Embedded Electronics Applications to meet the different requirements of our clients.
To provide appropriate embedded solutions,we deals with different families of microcontrollers like:
01
8BIT Microcontrollers
AVR-PIC-Z8-STM8-MCS51etc.
02
16BIT Microcontrollers
PIC-STM-TI-NXP etc.
03
32BIT ARM
PIC-NXP-STM-ESP32 etc.

Concept & Problem Analysis
The most efficient way to develop a product is to firstly gain a clear understanding of the concept or problem statement. Analyzing all of the key points required to meet the functionality of the product is essential in order to create a successful and useful final product.
Technology selection & Circuit Diagram
The next step after coming up with a product idea is to begin technology selection and circuit development according to the product specifications. This includes choosing microcontrollers, sensors, Displays, active and passive electronic components, firmware development etc.
Proof of Concept & Prototype
A proof of concept (POC) is an important step in turning an idea into a reality. This process helps companies determine whether an idea is feasible and worth investing time and resources into before beginning product production. To complete a POC, you may need to invest in some supporting technologies or physical components. However, going through a POC will save you from wasting time and resources on an idea that may not work out in the end.
A prototype is a basic version of the end product that is designed for testing and evaluation. This is where you will put your idea to the test to see if it is usable, functional, and visually appealing. Creating a prototype is the next step after determining that your idea has potential through a POC.
PCB Designing & Development
After a prototype is tested, the next step is to design the Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
PCB designing is an important step in product development as it ensures that all components are properly placed on the Printed Circuit Board and that the final product is functional. To do this, proper footprints of components must be designed, track widths must be determined based on current flow, PCBs must be sized properly based on the enclosure, and coupling between multiple PCB boards must be considered.
Assembly, Enclosing & Testing
The next step after receiving the PCB is to begin the assembly process by mounting all of the components onto the board using various techniques.
Once the assembly is complete, the circuit should be powered up in order to confirm that it is functioning properly.
After that, the entire circuit is enclosed in a housing to form the final product. Once enclosed, the product is placed under a running testing mode.
